Brian Burke Confirms Toronto Offer |
NHL Home Ice is reporting that Brian Burke has confirmed receiving an offer sheet from the Toronto Maple Leafs. The terms are for 6 years (the remainder of this + 5 more), $3+M USD per year with possible signing and incentive bonuses as well as complete autonomy over the franchise. Speculation is that a contract signing and subsequent announcement will come as early as Saturday.
